Our 21-Day Meal Plans
These meal plans are created by our registered dietitian Jamie. She has over 5 years of experience working in child nutrition with a Mediterranean flare and has put all her knowledge and expertise into this plan!
Our recipes are designed for any chef. Your older kids may even be able to help (with oversight)! The standard recipes are easy to make, and we provide lots of ideas on how to make meals more customized for your family. We also use leftovers in the plan to make sure that the amount of cooking is attainable for busy families.
Every yummy, family-friendly recipe has been tested and approved to be delicious and kid-accepted. Each comes with a color-photo, so you know exactly what to expect.
We include a grocery list, too, which will save you precious time and money. You won’t be wasting money on impulse purchases at the grocery or unused food in your fridge!

These Mediterranean Diet Meal Plans were created by Jamie, our Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition. She has spent the past 5 years as a pediatric dietitian, working with kids and families of all ages and medical backgrounds. You can be confident that our plans are nutritionally balanced, low in added sugar, full of antioxidants and vitamins, and terrifically healthy.
What makes our Mediterranean Diet Meal Plans different?
Our Family Meal Plans were designed to be easy to follow, specifically for families, using grocery-store ingredients, and they were designed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to be health promoting, using whole-food ingredients.
There are other meal plans out there but there’s nothing else on the market like this!
- Some sites offer days or weeks of suggested Mediterranean Diet eating patterns. But don’t give you an organized grocery list. This is precisely the part of the meal plan that tends to take people the most time to put together! You don’t want to start making dinner to find that you’ve forgotten one key ingredient. We offer an organized grocery list every week.
- Some other sites offer “Mediterranean” meal plans, alongside their keto, paleo, and vegan offerings. These sites are not experts in the Mediterranean Diet, the way we are. They usually mean the FLAVORS of the Mediterranean region, rather than the health promoting properties of the Mediterranean Diet principles. You don’t have to eat hummus every day to reap all the amazing health benefits of this Diet, and why would you want to? Enjoy delicious foods from all over the world, using the health principles of the world’s best diet. We are Mediterranean Diet experts, and our plans include foods from all over the world using Mediterranean Diet principles.
- Some chefs offer meal plans, but they are not family-friendly, neither in terms of how much time they take to prepare or the ingredients used. Sardines on toast with an olive tapenade may be healthy (and delicious for some adults), but there’s no way most young kids will eat it. Our meals are simple enough to make on a busy weeknight and designed for families. We also offer substitution ideas for many of the meals. We also take advantage of strategic leftovers so you can cut DOWN on the time in the kitchen!
*Note we acknowledge that every family varies in size (and age) making for a variety of nutritional needs for each individual family member. Keep in mind portion sizes may vary from person to person (from toddler to child, teenager to adult). Smaller (or larger) portions may be necessary; a snack list is also available to give you and your family members the flexibility to eat to their hunger. The goal of our meal plans is to help you take the guess work out of meal planning for your family all while incorporating the principles of the Mediterranean Diet so you and your family can achieve optimal health.
