Our One-Month Meal Plans

Having a plan takes the stress and guesswork out of food is a game-changer. Having a set of kitchen-tested recipes that are easy to make and scrumptious to eat, with plenty of optional substitutions, will make your life so much easier! Our Full Day Meal Plans

For people who want everything done-for-them (except the cooking!), our Mediterranean inspired meal plans are the best choice. You get one month of 3 meals per day, plus optional snacks.

These meal plans are created by our registered dietitian Jamie. She has years of experience working in clinical nutrition, helping people improve their health through lifestyle changes. She has put all her knowledge and expertise into this plan!

Our recipes are designed for any chef. The standard recipes are easy to make, and we provide lots of ideas on how to make meals more customized for you. We also use leftovers in the plan to make sure that the amount of cooking is attainable for busy families.

Every yummy, healthy recipe has been tested and approved to be delicious and easy to prepare. Each comes with a color-photo, so you know exactly what to expect.

We include a grocery list, which will save you precious time and money. You won’t be wasting money on impulse purchases at the grocery or on unused food in your fridge!

Add to that the challenges of Pinterest recipes that fall flat, “interesting” food that doesn’t taste good, or meals that have a two-page list of instructions, and it’s easy to see why many busy people default to ordering take out.

We believe in fun, festive food that follows Mediterranean Diet principles, so you will never get bored eating along with us! All our plans include lots of notes for substitutions to meet the needs of all the people in your family.

These Mediterranean Diet Meal Plans were created by Jamie, our Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition. You can be confident that our plans are balanced, low in added sugar, full of antioxidants and vitamins, and terrifically healthy.

What makes our Mediterranean Diet Meal Plans different?

Our One Month Meal Plans were designed to be easy to follow, specifically for beginners, using grocery-store ingredients, and they were created by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to be health promoting, using whole-food ingredients.

There are other meal plans out there but there’s nothing else on the market like this!

  • Some sites offer days or weeks of suggested Mediterranean Diet eating patterns. But don’t give you an organized grocery list. This is precisely the part of the meal plan that tends to take people the most time to put together! You don’t want to start making dinner to find that you’ve forgotten one key ingredient. We offer an organized grocery list every week.
  • Some other sites offer “Mediterranean” meal plans, alongside their keto, paleo, and vegan offerings. These sites are not experts in the Mediterranean Diet, the way we are. They usually mean the FLAVORS of the Mediterranean region, rather than the health-promoting properties of the Mediterranean Diet principles. You don’t have to eat hummus every day to reap all the amazing health benefits of this Diet, and why would you want to? Enjoy delicious foods from all over the world, using the health principles of the world’s best diet. We are Mediterranean Diet experts, and our plans include foods from all over the world using Mediterranean Diet principles.
  • Some chefs offer meal plans, but their meals take a long time to make, are hard for beginner chefs to follow, and use unusual or complicated ingredients. Sardines on toast with an olive tapenade may be healthy, but many people first starting out on the Mediterranean Diet would not find that delicious. Our meals are simple enough to make on a busy weeknight and designed for beginners. We also offer substitution ideas for many of the meals, and use strategic leftovers so you can cut DOWN on the time in the kitchen!
