Nutrition Coach

Jamie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in nutrition. She has a background in coaching families to use nutrition in support of health conditions. Having relied on the Mediterranean Diet as her nutrition philosophy for many years, Jamie is both a Mediterranean Diet expert and a health coaching expert who can help you look, feel, and be your best. Weight Loss Coach

A Registered Dietitian with a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, Sam takes a client-centric approach to nutrition coaching.
