We use it routinely for Taco Tuesday. The key is to buy a jar of salsa that is mainly whole ingredients, with no or little added sugar. You also want to ensure that you are using just real spices. You can find taco seasoning now that is just spices. You can also find them that have a lot of additives. Opt for the former or make your own!

They also contain vitamin C, antioxidants, flavonoids and phytochemicals, all of which are great for protecting your body against diseases!
